Public Service Mall in Solok Regency Will Soft Launch End of 2023

Guntal.com - The Solok Regency Government, West Sumatra, is preparing for the establishment of a Public Service Mall (MPP). The MPP, located in Nagari Koto Baru, Kubung District, Solok Regency, is planned to carry out the Soft Launching at the end of 2023.

"To realize the improvement of the quality of public services in an integrated and integrated manner between Regional Governments and Ministries, Institutions, State-Owned Enterprises, Regional-Owned Enterprises and the private sector in 1 (one) place, it is necessary to form a Public Service Mall (MPP)," said Regional Secretary Medison when chairing an MPP preparation meeting in Solok Regency, Thursday (04/4/2023) in the DPMPTSP Arosuka meeting room.

According to him, this meeting was a continuation of several meetings that had been held previously with several elements of SKPD, namely the PMPTSP Kadis and its staff, the Regional Finance Agency, the PUPR Office, the Environment Office, Diskominfo, Satpol PP and Damkar as well as the Solok Regency Setda Organization Section.

"The establishment of this Public Service Mall is in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 89 of 2021 concerning the Implementation of Public Service Malls, Minister of PAN and Bureaucratic Reform of the Republic of Indonesia No. 92 of 2021 concerning Technical Guidelines for the Implementation of Public Service Malls," he said.

Medison continued, that this program is in accordance with the Policy set by the Regent of Solok that the implementation of the Budget is determined based on community needs and is related to the centralization of all community services at the Public Service Mall.

"The Solok Regency Government also opened Service Units in three points of the region, namely X Koto Singkarak District, Bukit Sundi District, Gumanti Valley District and Arosuka. This is done to make it easier for the community in terms of providing services, especially for people who cannot deal with the Public Service Mall," explained Medison.

Then related to service units in 3 sub-districts, Medison said that training or briefing will be carried out for operators on Electronic Integrated Business Licensing or Online Single Submission (OSS), namely Business Licensing issued by the OSS Institute for and on behalf of Ministers, heads of institutions, governors, or regents / mayors to Business Actors through an integrated electronic system to facilitate business licensing services for the community.

In the meeting, his party also discussed the technical preparation of activities, starting from the renovation and rehab of the Public Service Mall room at the ex. Solok Regent Office in the new Koto as well as the procurement of infrastructure and mobiler facilities.

"We also discussed the issue of network and internet infrastructure facilities. Insyallah this activity is carried out this fiscal year 2023 and it is planned to carry out the Soft Launching at the end of 2023," he said. *uc/Anita
